What does it cost to be listed?
Registration is ₹1,000 and covers 2 years. We are not collecting it yet — finish your listing now and we will ask when payments open, and tell you before we do. After that it is a yearly renewal. Searching is free and always will be, and there is no commission on anything that follows. Advertising is sold separately — and what advertising can buy, including the things it can never buy, is published rather than negotiated in private.
What does verified mean?
It names who signed for the entry: the owner themselves, a registered field agent under their own PAN, or a company representative on letterhead. If the information turns out to be wrong, there is a name attached. It is not a rating and it is never for sale.
Can I buy a better ranking?
No. Ads exist and are always labelled as ads. Search order is driven by what the buyer typed, not by who paid us.
Do you sell fabric?
No. We are a register. We list businesses and their details; we do not sell products, take orders, or handle money between you and anyone else.
How do I correct my listing?
Send it through Feedback with your GSTIN and what is wrong. We will change it or ask you for one document, not five.
Someone did not pay me. Can you help?
We cannot adjudicate a dispute. We can point you at the MSME Samadhaan portal, which is free, and at the 45-day rule that probably applies — see Payment protection.
