What this service is
Textile Quick Score publishes business information filed by firms, by field agents and by trade associations, together with user-submitted records of trade dealings. We say on each listing where its details came from and what has not been checked; no verification process is running yet. We are not a credit bureau, not a lender, and not a marketplace. We do not sell products, take orders, or hold or settle money between two firms, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into.
What it costs
Searching the register is free. Registration is ₹1,000 and covers 2 years. We are not collecting it yet — finish your listing now and we will ask when payments open, and tell you before we do. Advertising is what pays for the service, and what advertising can buy is published on the advertising page — along with what it can never buy.
Listing a business
You may list a business you own, one you are authorised to represent, or — as a registered agent — one that has appointed you. By listing you confirm you have that authority and that the details are true. Every entry records who filed it. If information later proves false, that is the name against it.
A false ownership claim, a fabricated identifier, or a listing created to impersonate another firm will be removed, and may be reported to the authorities.
Verification, and its limits
A green tick names one specific check that passed, and nothing beyond it. “GST verified” means the GST system returned that taxpayer as active at the time we asked. It is not a statement that the firm is solvent, honest, or good at its job. Nobody can tell you that, and we will not pretend to.
Complaints
A complaint must carry an invoice and proof of payment. The business named gets 30 days to reply, and the reply is published beside it. We do not adjudicate: we publish the record and let the trade read it. Payment disputes belong with the MSME Facilitation Council; tax complaints belong on the GST portal.
A complaint cannot be removed by paying us. That is not a policy we can be argued out of — it is the reason the rest of the register is worth reading.
What you must not do
- Scrape the register, or use it to build a competing list.
- Use contact details for bulk marketing. They are there so a buyer can ring a seller.
- File a complaint you know to be false, or a listing for a business that does not exist.
- Attempt to interfere with the service or with other users' accounts.
Liability
We provide the register as it is. We take reasonable care over what we publish, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any firm will perform, or that any payment will be made. Your dealings with a business are between you and that business. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from them.
Ending it
You can ask us to remove your listing or delete your account at any time — see the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
