Short, and in plain words.
The full privacy policy and terms of use have pages of their own, and so does how to delete your data. What follows is the short version.
What we collect
- Business details you enter: firm name, address, GSTIN, Udyam number, phone, what you deal in.
- Your language, buyer/seller mode and chosen city, stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
- Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no location beyond the city you pick yourself.
What is public
A listing is public by design — that is the point of a register. Your phone number is visible to buyers so they can call you. If you do not want that, do not list.
What we never do
- Sell your contact details as a list.
- Sell search rankings. Ads are labelled as ads, always.
- Claim a verification level you have not actually reached.
Corrections and removal
Write to us through Feedback with your GSTIN. We will correct a listing, or remove it entirely, on the owner's request. We will ask for one document to establish you are the owner, not five.
Disputes
We are not a party to any transaction and we do not adjudicate. Payment disputes belong with the MSME Facilitation Council; tax complaints belong on the GST portal. We will point you at both and no further.

Listings are supplied by the businesses themselves. We check what we say we check, at the level we say we check it, and make no warranty beyond that.
